Wilmington's Church on the Common!

We recognize that some of you reading this introduction may be existing members of this church, some may be new to this particular church, and some of you have never set foot inside a church in your life. No problem! We have tried to provide as much information as possible, in a clear, "non church-speak" manner, to give you a basic idea of who we are, what we believe, and why we think you might be surprised at how much fun we have.

While we certainly believe that a house of worship is a place for reverence (after all, this is God's house!), we are not simply looking to "fill the pews" or fill the donation plate. We believe very much in creating a fun, fulfilling and enriching environment where folks can not only come to worship and give thanks, but connect with others members of the community, grow spiritually and intellectually, and have opportunities to serve in areas where they may be gifted and actually enjoy!.

Despite all that we offer here, we understand that choosing a church is a very personal decision, and one that requires prayerful thought and consideration. We would be happy to discuss the church and community with you further if you have specific questions that are not answered here.
