We often hear about, or even experience first hand, how church goers come in on Sunday, are asked to volunteer
for something of which they are not well equipped, and ultimately become embittered, or unsatisfied with the
church or ministry. When we are in the center of God's will, however, there
is very little that can give us the that same sense of peace. This is not to say we will not experience periods
of stress or trial, but if we are using the tools God has given specifically to us, we will find ourselves
thriving and filled with joy!
Audio/Visual Team
The Audio/Visual Team takes good care of the church's sound, lighting, projection equipment, as well as helping the Worship Team
setup for live performances, video taping, editing and producing video footage and clips, and creating impressive mutlimedia resentations.
Building and Maintenance Team
The Building and Maintnance Team handles all of the repair and maintenance work for the church and school. This includes electrical work,
painting, carpentry, plumbing, finishing, and much more! These men and women like so may others work behind the scenes to keep our church
beautifl and in full working order!
Hospitality Team
The folks on the Hospitality Team are very popular around here. Just think Coffee and Dessert, and these are your people!
Of course they do so much more than that; they strive to make WFBC a place
where people feel confortable and welcome.
The Media Shout Team prepares and runs the multi-media aspect of our servives to include powerpoint and all special videos.
Men's Ministry Team
The Men's Ministry Team meets the 1st Saturday morning of each month at 8:00am for a time of fellowship and encouragement.
The Team is also plans an annual men's retreat.
Missions Team
Our Missions Team is quite active in the world missions arena, and would be happy to have dialogue with anyone who feels God is calling

Nursing Home Ministry
This tender Ministry takes the time to visit with our community's elderly population, and share God's love and compassion with them.
Prayer Team
Without the Prayer Team, we would likely have very little success in any of our ministries! We believe ferverently in the power of prayer,
and this team provides a constant source of intercession and encouragement for the other ministries, and the church community in whole.
Public Relations Team
Public Relations..at church? Of course!! This is at the very core of what we believe, and we are thrilled to have dedicated and intelligent
individuals willing and able to spread the word about what's happening at ALCC and around the community!
Radio Ministry
What better way to reach hundreds of thousands of folks seeking the truth about God and our faith that to shout it from the rooftops??
Well, radio is one way (it's a heck of alot safer too...). Pastor Frank Tamilio's radio ministry reaches many homes across New England,
and by God's grace, has helped to bring many individuals and familes to have a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Women's Ministry
When the women of faith unite in prayer or fellowship...look out because things are about the get good! The group of women in this church
has organized a welcoming and caring ministry to build up and encourage one another under the loving guidance of God.
